Shipping Information:

Most Items are shipped out the Next Business Day; all Items are marked with how many Business Days they will take to ship. Some items take longer then others to ship and some items you see faster then others. If there is a problem With an Order, Everything Reptile Supply Will send an Email to let you know that a problem has accursed and asking you what you want to do.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Return Policy

Returns are issued a Return Number, which must be prominently displayed on the outside of all returned packages. The package then must be received back to us within 10 days after your Return Number has been issued. Packages without an appropriate Return Number will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling is NOT refundable and a 10% restocking fee will usually be applied on refunds. All items have a 30 day return policy from the order date.

After 30 days from the order date, all products become the responsibility of the manufacturer. Opened medications, substrates, cut heat tape, wood products of any kind, are non-returnable items.

Any product that is not in the original manufacturer's packaging and/or in new and sellable condition will be ineligible for a refund.

All Missing/Incorrect/Damaged Merchandise must be reported by the next business day received. After the next business day, we cannot be held responsible. You MUST keep all your packaging materials and original shipping box with any shipping labels in order for us to file a claim. Failure to do so will forfeit any damage claim.
