Hello Reptile and Animal Lovers
Well the Bulb Crisis continues and as far as I know all the Rzilla Desert UV Bulbs have been recalled and they’re ETA on new ones are 3 to 4 weeks. I have been getting a lot of orders for them, so many that I had to pull them from the site. So I will repost the Rzilla Bulb page after they have been tested and available to sell again.
Well it was one busy month last month and we are trying are hardest to get everyone’s orders to them as quick as we can, with the number of orders that we had last month we are running a little behind on shipping. What would take one day to ship out is now taking a couple of days to ship out.
I want to apologize for anyone not getting their shipment the way they ordered them but we are shipping them out with who ever is handy at the time FedEx Or USPS no matter how you paid for shipping. Again I want to apologize for this, but we are trying as hard as we can to get the items out using whatever means possible.
This brings me to the next thing in the newsletter for this month. I want to let everyone know the last shipping day to get your items by Christmas will be Dec. 10th If ordered by Dec. 10th we will guarantee the items will make it to you by Christmas, If the items are not put on backordered.
On to other News
Well a new year is coming and we all know what that will bring. Yes you are correct, New shipping prices. After the first of the year there will be a new shipping chart to go by. I am trying to work it so to make it as low as an increase as possible but I am finding it really hard to do. But after Jan. 1st there will be an increase in shipping. This increase will be a flat shipping price just like it is now.
Again I want to apologize for the increase in shipping but with inflation and the high cost of fuel these days there is nothing I can do at this point.
Again this all starts Jan. 1st of 2008
Now that you had all the bad News for the month let’s get on with some good News!
The FedEx Freight account is setup and ready for Quotes, so if you see any thing in the store that need a Freight Quote just send me and Email And I will have you one within 24yrs of the email.

If you haven’t noticed there are some new changes in the store, I have changed it around a little bet to make it more customer friendly and I hope it has been for the customer. I have some specials on the front page now, at the bottom of the page. So check them out you may run into a deal there. I hope I have gotten back to everyone that has called or emailed me in a timely fashion, if not I do apologize for it.
I hope everyone has read up on the bulb crisis and are up to date on all the changes that are happening with them, it is only on a couple of bulbs and the warnings are here if you do decide to buy one. And on the others I have pulled the page.
Hagen has been coming along nicely and I have add a couple of things but I have more to add a little later this month if you do not see something that Hagen or Exo Terra Carries drop me a line and I will see if I can get it for you…
The aquarium supplies are still going in and I hope by the end of the month I will have most, if not all add to the site. So you fish people out there keep on check back to see if the stuff you want is here… If not drop me a line and I can see what I can do to help you out.

Now on to my News
Well if you all have not noticed I have reptiles as well and they are iguanas. I have 4 green iguanas and 1 Rhino Iguana. Oh almost forgot one Red Ear Slider Turtle.
Miss Jr. (Green Iguana)
Miss Jr. is about to lay her 3rd or 4th clutch of eggs and has really slowed down on her eating, we are still waiting but you can tell it will be soon. She mostly lies around all day and gets a little exercise by claiming around her enclosure but she mostly just basks all day. Miss Jr. is about 5 to 6 yrs old now and she is doing great concerting what she is going though right now…
Quazi (Green Iguana)
Well Quazi’s Rheostat went out last week and I had to order another one I went with a Green house thermostat instead of a reptile Rheostat it handles a lot more wattage and with her being out in my Sunroom with a electric heat And it being winter it is keeping her enclosure at a steady 78F no matter what the temperatures are outside but she had to wait 3 days for it to come in. Yes you guessed it, the thing blow out on the weekend! But she is eating really good and looking really good. Quazi is now about 7 yrs old and she is doing great!
Mr. Worf (Green Iguana)
Well another Breeding season is upon us here with Mr. Worf! Right now I am just wondering how long it well be this year, last year it was like 6 month before he came out of breeding season but was a somewhat of a sweetheart when he was in it. He is all orange right now and is bobbing at everything no matter if it is human or non-human it is funny! But this is not the first time for him so he is being a gentleman as he goes though this ordeal. Mr. Worf is about 8 to 9yrs old and he as well is doing really well!
Dragon (Green Iguana)
Well Dragon is the oldest of the 4 inherited from a good friend that passed way a year ago. Dragon is a 16yr old iguana that has bad MBD and she is doing Great! Eating well and Basking. Been watching her very closely because of the age and the MBD. The last time she was at the Vet about a year ago the Doctors told me and her owner at the time that they were surprised the Girl had lasted this long. So when her owner passed away, I took over the care of Dragon. She is a Great Iguana and very loving. She just may fool us all and live to be 25 yrs old!
Ms Bronx
She is Coming along good Not too much news on her eating well and Basking all the time. She hates my Girlfriend I believe for the simple reason is that she runs from her almost every time she see her. It is funny! She is a 3yr. old Rhino Iguana and a sweet heart to me.
Ms Turtle
Well Ms Turtle came to me about a year ago from some friend that did not want her any more She is a Very nice Turtle and about 7 inches round in diameter she is a sweet heart and she has settle in nicely into her new surroundings.
Well that is all the News For the Month of December. I will have an update Shipping chart in here by the end of the month!
