Reptile News February 2008
Hello Reptile and Animal Lovers
Hi Everyone, We Here at Everything Reptile Supply hope everyone had a really Great holiday season and want to Thank Everyone for using Everything Reptile Supply for your holiday shopping and we hope all are customers are ready for the year to come.
On to the News
Well the Rzilla Bulbs are still on recall and the ETA for them are unknown for the time being. But I believe I can still get some of the tropical ones, it is the Desert ones that are causing the most problems. I am checking into it as I Write this newsletter.
New Products are in and you will not believe what they are “LIVE FEEDERS” yes you heard me right LIVE FEEDERS! Right now I have an agreement with a Live Food Company to get Live Feeder for the people that need crickets and mealworms.
This is a special order item and can only be ordered separately from any other order that you place here in the store. This means, if you want Live Food you will have to place the order for them separately, and then place another order for any other supplies you may want to order. For the simple reason the Shipping price is already added to the price of the Live Food.
Live Food are shipped over night and right now they are being shipped FedEx, that will change soon to, I hope to US MAIL Express which should still get there over night. I am still working on the Shipping aspect of this venture but should have everything in place in a month. But for now it is FedEx Overnight.
All orders are being shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays but all orders need to be in by Sunday and Wednesday before 4:00pm. So I can place the orders on Monday and Or Thursday.
Now on to the Critters, First off Crickets depending on the quantity that you order, they come in 3 different sizes and 7 different quantities.
Sizes Are:
Small = ¼”
Medium = ½”
Large = 1”
Quantities are:
Crickets – 50 = (50 Crickets)
Crickets – 100 = (100 Crickets)
Crickets – 250 = (250 Crickets)
Then you have your
Crickets – 500 = (500 Crickets)
Crickets – 1000 = (1000 Crickets)
Crickets – 3000 = (3000 Crickets)
Crickets – 5000 = (5000 Crickets)
Which come Medium and Large, they do vary in size from ½” to 1”.
When Feeding Live Food to your Reptile make sure the size of the food is no bigger then what can fit between your reptile eyes.
The Mealworms Come in 2 different sizes Regular Mealworms which are One Inch long and Giant Mealworms which are 1 ½” long and more hardier.
Regular Mealworms come in 4 different Quantities.
Mealworm – 500 = (500 Regular Mealworms)
Mealworm - 1000 = (1000 Regular Mealworms)
Mealworm – 3000 = (3000 Regular Mealworms)
Mealworm – 5000 = (5000 Regular Mealworms)
Giant Mealworms come in 3 different quantities.
Giant Mealworms – 500 = (500 Giant Mealworms)
Giant Mealworms – 1000 = (1000 Giant Mealworms)

**********BREAKING NEWS************
Some Rzilla Bulbs are Available now, but then again some are still on recall please Email me for availability before ordering. Again I cannot express this enough, PLEASE follow the manufactures instructions when using these UVB bulbs! For the well being of your reptile...
I know it been a couple of month since the last newsletter but with the holiday season the store was pretty busy. So I hope to get back on track with a newsletter very month again…
Now on to my Animal News
Well the last Newsletter I was talking about the one iguana Miss Jr. She had eggs. Well she never did lay them she reabsorbed them so this is a good thing. Her eating has pick up and she is more active now. She is shedding though. But all in all doing really good.
And Mr. Worf the one in breeding season well he is still in breeding season! Some times this can last for 6 months out of the year. So we are just watching and hoping he comes out of this soon, so he starts eating again…
Ms Bronx’s she is doing good and is putting on the weight she maybe getting ready to lay eggs or just build up to that point. She is still eating, so I believe she has a couple of more months to go tell she is gravid again.
My Dear Dragon
She is getting along really good these days. She is eating everyday and she has a wonderful life here with us now. I wish her former owner could see her now; She would be so Proud of Dragon!
Well for Quazi She doing great after I got that New thermostat in her enclosure, the heat is Great and she is doing great. Loving the heat and the windows. The eating really never slows down with that girl she was spayed a long time ago and will never lay another egg!
Miss Turtle is also doing good she just got done shedding her shell and she love to bask on her little turtle dock I have in there for her. She is eating well, and all is well with her.
The Quote for this month is:
With the holiday season over and with money so tight always remember your reptile’s health, so a yearly visit to your vet may save your buddy life and that they will never forget.
Thanks for Reading the News For February
